1. Definition
Client means the person completing the booking form or all other persons on whose behalf he/she is completing the same and he/she warrants that he/she has their authority to sign on their behalf.
2. Booking
The booking is not valid between Kioni Apartments and Client until the appropriate deposit has been received by Kioni Apartments and Kioni Apartments has sent final confirmation of the booking to the Client.
3. Method of Payment
Client shall make a 25% booking deposit of total holiday cost to Kioni Apartments’ Bank account upon receipt of a Kioni Apartment email that the requested dates are available. Wiring instructions shall be included in said email. Balance of payment shall be made on arrival at the Kioni Apartments.
4. Damage
Client shall be responsible for damage to or loss of any item of the apartment inventory during their occupation and shall be charged locally to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
5. Public Services
Kioni Apartments cannot be held responsible for failure
of public services (e.g. water or electricity) and disturbance beyond its control.
